Kim Kerr and Tess Calvert started Saronge, located in Southern California, to help women frustrated and discouraged in their careers to launch new values-based careers and businesses. They provide truth-speaking, compassionate, feminist mentorship through individual coaching, online education and their podcast, Ew, Gross.

Kim is a former operations executive for the largest optical retailer and wholesaler in the world, with over 30 years of experience in operations and manufacturing in North America.

Tess is a seasoned program manager in the utility solar industry with prior experience as a developer for Intel (at the age of 22!) and project manager on two NASA missions.
