Kim Kerr
FOUNDER
Kim is a former Vice President for EssilorLuxottica North America. She left the organization in 2023 after 27 years, and co-founded Saronge.
Kim began her career as an entry-level employee in a small independent eyeglass manufacturing facility while she was in college, and through a strong work ethic and set of values, a die hard commitment to community and collaboration, and incredible sponsorship, she became one of the few women who were able to rise to GM, Director and then VP within Operations, always committed to helping other women along the way through her direct mentorship and advocacy.
Kim’s professional experience and resultant expertise includes Business Management, Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Kim lives in a small beach community in Southern California with her 2 children, their black lab and 2 long-haired guinea pigs. They also have a 100-year old desert tortoise. It’s a So Cal thing.
